Introduction to Meditation: 8-Week Course

Join us for an 8-week Introduction to Meditation course, held every Wednesday at 7 PM. This one-hour weekly class is designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their meditation practice. Over the course of eight weeks, you'll explore the fundamentals of meditation and gradually focus on four transformative practices: Shamata, Vipassana, Metta, and Tonglen Meditation.

Join us every Thursday at 7 pm for mindfulness meditation at Sangha House. Wether you are new to meditation or experienced, this group meditation class is the perfect setting to “Find your seat” and start a consistent practice.

Join Peter on an all-senses meditation journey with instructions and sound therapy. Peter will guide you along the way of exploring the world of meditation and sound in a safe and inclusive environment.

Narcotics Anonymous

Mondays at 12pm

NA is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a
major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs.

There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. We suggest that you keep an open mind and give yourself a break. Our program is a set of principles written so simply that we can follow them in our daily lives. The most important thing about them is that they work.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem.  It doesn’t cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem.

A.A.’s primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

intro to GENTLE flow yoga

This class offers a slow & gentle approach to vinyasa yoga. We will work through a series of basic postures linking breath to each movement. This class will have you feeling energized and refreshed and is open to all levels and those working with limitations.
